Shipping & Return Information

Shipping

Monday – Friday (via USPS and UPS)

Most orders placed before 5:00 pm CST will be shipped the same business day.

Saturday (USPS)

Most orders placed before noon CST will be shipped the same business day.

Sunday

Please note that we do not ship on Sunday. Your order will be shipped the next business day.

When placing your order, please enter a full valid physical address. Orders with only a P.O. Box will be delayed or cancelled.

Holidays

We will try our best to ship your orders placed during public holiday as quick as possible but please understand that it depends on shipping carriers’ schedule.

USPS

– Orders less than $25, $0.99 - $39.99 shipping fee applies

UPS

– Standard UPS Ground and 2nd Day Air options available. Shipping fee depends on order size and weight

Returns & Exchanges

NO Restock Fees

– If your order arrives and it is not the correct item you ordered, we will fix it with ZERO restock fees. We will also pay the return shipping cost.

– You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 30 days of receipt of shipment. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Buyer pays return shipping.

Refund Policy

– Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags attached.

– Once your return is received and inspected by Benovate; usually within 24 hours of receipt, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. If you made your purchase with credit card, please note that it may take up to 10 business days for applicable credit to be posted on your account depending on your credit card company.

– You are responsible for shipping cost associated with getting your order back to our warehouse.

– All returns need Return Authorization (RA). Please contact us for any return request and we will get back to you within 24 hours with your RA # and further instructions.

Exchanges

– If you need to make an exchange, simply place a new order for the exchange item(s) after you process your return.

– You are still responsible for return shipping on your original order back to us.

Order Cancellation / Modifications

– If you change your mind, act quickly and contact us as soon as possible. If the package has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and stop the shipping process. Once the order is shipped, we are not able to cancel the order due to our shipping carrier’s policy and to your protection as well.
